01 General Overview & Adventure Therapy

ADVECURE is a pioneering initiative in India by LifeAdve, dedicated to Adventure Therapy and experiential mental well-being. It blends psychological expertise with immersive outdoor adventures to build emotional resilience and foster personal growth.

A structured, dynamic pathway to psychological support. It combines clinical therapeutic principles with outdoor challenges to help individuals reconnect with themselves, others, and nature sparking deep reflection and accelerated healing.

Exercise releases natural serotonin. Adventure therapy leverages this biochemical boost within natural, meaningful environments. When theoretical knowledge meets active experiential practice, it creates a lasting impact on mental well-being.

Our programs are optimized for a wide range of individuals therapy and mental health professionals, educators, HR professionals, and anyone interested in nature-based approaches to personal and professional development.

02 Certification & Programs

We offer two progressive certification levels:

Level 1 (Basic): 60 Hours • 4 Credits
Level 2 (Advanced): 90 Hours • 7 Credits

The Basic course provides foundational Adventure Therapy learning psychological foundations, group dynamics, experiential learning, facilitation techniques, and essential risk & safety management.

Yes you must successfully complete the Level 1 (Basic) certification to pursue the Advanced level, which covers advanced program design, research, evaluation, and specialized populations.

Our programs are certified in partnership with Tirpude College of Social Work an autonomous institution affiliated with R.T.M. Nagpur University and accredited A+ by NAAC.

Three intentional phases:

Online Learning understand theoretical components and begin experiencing the core concepts.
Outdoor Residential Camp immerse yourself in a nature-based field experience and apply what you've learned.
Certification complete your evaluation to earn your accredited Adventure Therapy certification.

Yes our official publication, "Experiential Explorations," serves as the master's guide to understanding and practicing Adventure Therapy.
