  • Personal Identity & Contact Data: Name, Date of Birth, gender, institution (class/section for students), full five-tier residential address, and strictly formatted (10-digit) Indian mobile numbers.
  • Sensitive Medical Data: Your health conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, and emergency medical information. This is mandatory for outdoor physical camps to ensure participant safety and manage risk.
  • Guardian Information: Contact and identity details for parents or primary guardians of registrants (especially for minor participants).
  • Financial Data: History of transactions for camp applications, course tuition, and our e-commerce store (processed via secure third-party gateways).
  • Technical & Account Data: Registration credentials (securely stored in hashed format), interface interactions, and IP addresses.

3. Parental Consent for Minors

ADVECURE regularly organizes events for students and minors. Therefore, we rigidly enforce parental consent. If a highly-sensitive health profile or application is submitted for a participant under the age of 18, verifiable approval from their Primary Guardian is collected.

Parents hold the right to view, modify, or restrict the data processing of their children at any time by contacting our support desk.

4. Media Rights & "The Buzz"

A distinctive aspect of our platform is the documentation of our programs heavily featured on "The Buzz" gallery. Photographs and videos captured during camps are used for educational and promotional purposes. Explicit media consent is integrated into the registration process. To request the unlisting of specific media containing you or your ward, please contact our administrative desk.

5. Data Sharing & Security

We only share data exactly when required by a logistical necessity:

  • Academic Partners: Course registration and grading data are systematically shared with our certifying partner, Tirpude College of Social Work, for Level 1 and Level 2 program accreditation.
  • Camp Operators: Medical and dietary profiles are securely distributed exclusively to on-field paramedical and catering staff.

Your data is secured through comprehensive encryption logic (no raw passwords exposed) and our centralized admin platform employs role-based access to safeguard database arrays.
