By accessing the ADVECURE platform, applying for camps, enrolling in courses, or purchasing merchandise, you agree bindingly to these terms. If you are registering an application on behalf of a minor, you assert you are their legal guardian and hold full legal liability.

ADVECURE specializes in Adventure Therapy, which by definition incorporates physical challenge and outdoor environments. You acknowledge that there are inherent physical and psychological risks when undertaking such activities.

While safety protocol is our primary concern, by utilizing our services you (or your ward) formally assume these risks. You agree to indemnify and hold unobligated ADVECURE and its affiliates against injury, illness, or property loss during our events, in alignment with the specific "Liability Release" document accepted during registration flows.

You guarantee that all Health & Dietary data provided to us operates with 100% accuracy. Attempting to mask or lie about a pre-existing medical condition places the participant in grave danger.

ADVECURE categorically reserves the right to deny participation or eject a participant from an active camp—without refund—if our medical operatives deem them unfit or if a concealed medical condition is identified.

For those enrolling in our modular Adventure Therapy Certifications (run alongside Tirpude College of Social Work), users must agree to academic integrity paradigms. Attaining a Level 1 (Basic) or Level 2 (Advanced) accreditation specifically mandates strict attendance tracking (60 hours and 90 hours respectively). We preserve the right to withhold certification for acts of plagiarism, non-attendance, or professional misconduct.

The operations detailed on this platform and ensuing legal dynamics will solely execute under the regulatory framework of Indian Law. Any disputes arising remain subject exclusively to the courts acting under the jurisdiction of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
